Macro :

Macro is a programmed instructions whose main task is the repeating actions which were recorded/written in VBA.

Here we will learn about copying values from one sheet to another sheet in excel with help of macro by steps.

  • First of all save the excel files as a “Macro enables workbook” (.xlsm)
  • Open the worksheet in which values to be pasted
  • Start recording macro
  • Open the worksheet in which values to be copied  – Opening  path File-Open-worksheet
  • Copy the required values & paste in empty sheet
  • Close the values sheet
  • Stop the macro recording
  • That’s all.
